Yes, we offer order cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to process cancellations, as our artists typically begin the creative process promptly to ensure on-time delivery.

Yes! You’ll find an expedited option when selecting your product. This moves your order to the front of our production queue, prioritizing it without changing the standard production or shipping times.

Yes! Just select the multi-pet option when choosing your product, and we’ll capture each pet’s unique charm.

We currently don’t accept extra customization requests, and elements like collars or accessories will be removed. This helps us maintain consistent quality and timely delivery, so every customer receives a beautifully cohesive portrait.

Absolutely. We know how meaningful these portraits are, and our artists will create a heartfelt tribute.

To keep things running smoothly and maintain our unique style, we don’t offer previews. We’re confident you’ll love the final piece, but if not, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

Product & Quality

Our frames are crafted from high-quality wood and premium acrylic, with exhibition-grade paper to keep colors vibrant for years.

Each portrait is digitally crafted by our skilled artists, with a hand-drawn feel and beautiful detail.

We strive for high color accuracy, though slight variations may happen. Your pet’s essence will be beautifully captured!

The sizes refer to the inner frame. The outer frame adds 0.4-1.2 inches(1-3 cm), depending on design.

Please refer to our Photo Guide for tips. Well-lit photos are especially helpful, as good lighting captures the true colors of your pet’s fur, allowing us to create a more accurate and vibrant portrait.

Keep your portrait in a cool, dry area away from sunlight. Dust the frame with a soft cloth as needed.

Yes! We ship worldwide, with free delivery on orders over $350. You’ll see shipping options at checkout.

Yes! We’ll email you updates, including confirmation and shipping information, so you’re always in the loop.

No worries! Just send us a photo of the damage within 72 hours, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Since each piece is custom-made, we can only offer returns or exchanges for quality issues. Just reach out if there’s a problem, and we’ll help!
